Looks like we had an issue with our login plugin that is preventing people from logging into the server, if you have issues contact one of the admins and we can reset your password to a temperary password and then you can change it with /register <NewPassword>
if your referring to tam, when they registered the did /register [password] [password] so it is probably seeing the two words with the space as the password, have them enter it twice like that and then do /register [password] to reset it.
